I would like to thank many people who helped me directly or indirectly in the process of this project. Firstly my guide in this project, Mr Tarun Deep Girdher whose thoughts and ideas have guided me throughout the project. I really appreciate the advice and information shared. It was invaluable.

All the faculty and staff of Graphic Design and IT Lab., specially I got immense support and encouragement from Suresh Bhai, Sachin Bhai and Mr. Bharat Sutthar from Print Lab. Without their technical guidance, this project would be incomplete.

My Learning...

The project is about knowing, learning and understanding and has definitely taught me many things in respect of understanding children and how could I reach them in best possible way. I needed to set the communication language that would interest children as well as create awareness about the topic. In this process I realized that children are curious about new things. They like if they are also involved in decision making. So I have incorporated small tasks which make them learn in an easier way.

Being completely unknown to the topic, I interacted with people, discussed with experts, read on topic, all these things helped me a lot to come up with lots of ideas in communicating the topic. In total it was fun to be involved in the project.

There was lots to learn from my guide, Mr. Tarun Deep Girdher. He always shared his experiences and told me stories about children and basic mannerisms followed in the society. It was great learning process while working with him.

The Final Book!!!

Finally after all the research, surveys, interactions with different people and understanding children and their behavioral patterns towards the topic 'Safety', I have come up with final product and I hope it will help children understand so important topic of fire safety in interesting way.
